Got a break from work temporarily... my skin allegy led my body to erupt into rashes less than an hr yesterday. Tried to torelate the insane pain and itch but when my body was covered with bumps and with my findertips and lip numbing, I knew I had to sought medical help FAST!
Thank goodness! For once, I was able to flag down a cab within five minutes at Bukit Merah. Rushed to my family clinic and was told 3 patients was in front of me. That meant a wait of 45 mins complete with swearing & cursing under my breath that would make an Ah-Beng blush!
I trust the doctor but the reception counter was a complete idiot! I remembered when I was a kid, I was pushed from the monkey bar to the ground by a kid. With blood gushing from my forehead, those pea-brained reception ladies ask mum to wait at one of the chair for our turn.
Luckily, the waiting patients were already asking the reception to let us in first. "She is just a kid!", said one of the aunties. Gosh! I wished I had the luck last night! Damn! Anyway I decided to store the clinic number in my handphone so I could book an appointment beforehand.
First thing I went into the doctor, I asked for a jab! Haha~ friends who knew me know that I am a wimp of the needle. Yucks! The needle sure hurts when she inserted it on my right cheeck butt! However, it is worth it!
Doc told me the jab will be in effect with an hour, apparently she is so so so wrong. Less than ten minutes, I turned whoozy and completely KO. I am lucky that dardar was beside throughout the ordeal. *Muacks*
On the road to recovery, but my body is still not functioning as well as I want it to. Haiz~
